How to get Russian Visa

To obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation a ERF33 participant shall have an invitation letter. The invitation letter is issued by the RF Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon the requirement of the inviting organisation i.e. JSC "Kazan Helicopters".

To obtain an invitation letter, the participant shall email to the Forum Secretariat org@erf33.com the following information:

1. Scanned copy of the passport
2. Official name of the organization the participant represents
3. Address of the company, phone and fax number
4. Status of the participant in the company
5. Scanned copies of passports of accompanying people (if applicable)

As soon as the invitation letter is ready, the Forum Secretariat shall DHL it to the address the participant shall indicate.
