All participants (including chairmen and speakers) must complete and submit the REGISTRATION FORM. Payments must be made in "Euro", preferably by BANK TRANSFER.

Cancellation
Substitutions may be made up to the day of the Forum. Please notify the Conference Secretariat of name changes as soon as possible.

Block reservations at special rates during the Forum have been made for participants at the hotels below. Deadline for all reservations is 1 August 2007.
